Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given on deposits at any time.* You can cancel your event and receive a full refund for any fees paid or outstanding, except the deposit, if formally cancelled up to 14 days before the event in writing. You can cancel your event up to 7 days before the event and receive a 50% refund for any fees paid or outstanding, except the deposit. Event cancellations after 7 days before will not receive a refund for any fees paid or outstanding, including the deposit. *Covid: UK government guidelines on entertainment lockdown rules will be followed. As such, if entertainment is not allowed to perform due to UK government guidelines, deposits and any other payments, including deposits are fully refundable or transferable to dates in the future.
